Why did you join Women in Transport?
For me, joining Women in Transport was about being able to connect with like-minded individuals and to try and do my part in helping to promote and support change.
What do you enjoy most about being part of Women in Transport?
The feeling of enthusiasm and community is something really special within the group.

Commercial Support Manager
What does your current job involve?
As Commercial Support Manager I have a varied range of responsibilities, from supporting our fares and pricing strategy, managing contracts and bidding for new opportunities, as well as liaising with our network and schedules, marketing and PR teams.
What's the best thing about your job?
The customer focus is something I really enjoy about my job, specifically being able to link everything we are doing to the impact on the customer. The people also make it very enjoyable too!
How did you become involved in the transport industry?
I entered the transport industry through the First Bus Graduate scheme after finishing university.
What do you like about working in transport?
Knowing that people rely on our services every day to go about their lives and to keep communities moving, which is a big responsibility, but very rewarding.
What are you most proud of?
Personally, the learning I have achieved in the last 2 years since joining the industry is something I am proud of, now being able to contribute and influence.
