Women in Transport in collaboration with CIHT South East and partnered by the Transport Employment and Skills Taskforce (TEST), are pleased to invite you to attend a lunchtime webinar on Friday 17th May at 1200 where we will be hosting a panel discussion on The Gender Pay Gap in the Transport Industry.

Join us as we unveil the journeys of three unique women in transport at our multi-generational panel event. They will share their career peaks; challenges they’ve overcome and their roadmap for a more inclusive future.

The Scotland hub is delighted to announce that we will be hosting an in-person Spring reception on the theme of Gender & Active Travel.The reception will be a unique opportunity to hear from a range of experts on the topic and will followed by a networking reception.

Mentoring can be a powerful tool for your professional development. The Women in Transport Advance programme offers structured, professional mentoring for women working in transport and has supported 250 mentees and mentors over the past five years. This open event is an opportunity to meet some of our Advance mentors and mentees and hear their experience of mentoring. The benefits as well as the challenges, realities and practicalities - the "good, bad and the ugly". Come along and hear more from our alumni and ask any questions you have in a safe and inclusive forum.

Allyship - A Panel Discussion

What is allyship and what does a good ally look and behave? Have you had experiences where you have been impacted by an ally in the workplace? Was that impact positive or negative?

Come and join us on Tuesday 7th June at this lunchtime Panel Discussion on Allyship which will be hosted by our own Jenny Tipping and featuring two male allies to the women in the transport sector, Michael Tarrega and Mick Skerrett.
